The body is that of a 1961-66 TW, as are the front fenders and grill. The hood is from a 1959, as is all the trim on the hood.
The black knobs make this a 1961-66 as well, the 1959-60 trucks used white knobs.
As for the winch, the extensions look like those from a PG W100-W200, which is weird.
Maybe the winch was taken off a 1959 W100 along with the hood?
I have asked for the numbers off the winch, and the door tags, judging from the armrest this is a 1965-66 PW TW.
