If you are sure that the intake/exhaust manifold studs are tight, I would do a couple things:

1 - Try and find the source of the water (leak point). I would think if the I/E nuts/studs are tight, water would not get past the I/E gasket. Hose off the area (engine cold) and see if you can find the source.

2 - If you do have a leak in the block, don't panic! There are some excellent head/block crack sealers on the market that can seal off cracks. Most radiator shops can give some tips on this.
