WATER LEAK ON TOP OF EXHAUST MANIFOLD (SO MAD)

If I could just say that. After along test drive yesterday I see the new leak oil and some water on the floor. So after tightening my valve covers and getting to know my fender better, it looks as there water running across the top of the exhaust manifold. I just replace the motor head because of the water leak and I did not think the problem went deeper. The motor has been re built 100% 6 years ago but just in the month or so has been fired-up. So, am I seeing what I think I’m seeing a bad block???????
