230 Oil Pump Discharge Side

As I understand the direction of oil flow through the oil pump on the Dodge 230 ci engine, the forward most (closest to the radiator)oil galley discharges oil FROM the pump TO the engine under pressure. Is this correct? I've searched the archives, and have come up with conflicting information. I appreciate your knowledgeable help.
