I think you should get some more info on the problem you posted originally before bashing Dodge on doing nothing with the repairs.
Things are not jiving here.....
The ISX is an engine designed for medium and heavy duty trucks. I dont think thats one of the engines in a Dodge pickup truck. I dont even see an ISX 550 model listed. There is an ISX 525 listed restricted to RV and fire use.
As for who ever not honoring a warranty Cummins has a tremendous warranty on that engine clearly spelled out on their web site. 5 yr or 500000 mile with 20 major components crankshaft forging is one thats listed. Cylinder block,rod.cap forging among other things.
