I just did my brakes a few weeks ago. But installed all new lines, master cylinder, wheel cylinders 5 1/2 years ago. Every thing went like clock work. And re-bleed the system again just to get the remain air out of the lines. But one thing you my want to look at real closely is the adjustment rod from the brake pedal to the master cylinder it look like to me that you could be out of adjustment range either to much or not enough.
