Don't be sorry. Now you've got me wondering if the M35 and M37 windows are different. It was a long time ago that I did my M35 windows and I really buggered the screws up getting them out because I didn't know about using a torch. The frames were rusted clear through in lots of places. They may well have been machine screws. I did an M35 frame last winter, though, and I could swear they were stubby sheet metal screws. Maybe they changed changed to sheet metal screws in more recent production, or maybe I'm just wrong. All that really matters is that he gets the old screws out and puts in new ones that are the same kind.
