Probably before the election, when they saw their popularity dropping in the poles.
So, just when did paying income taxes become a LAW anyway. (I know the answer. Just cranky because it is early, it is a nice day outside, and this is one of the days this week that I have to sit behind a computer all day at work, and my pay for today will go to the government as taxes.)
