Dodge Pickups History and Restoration Guide by Don Bunn and Tom Brownell. 1950 colors (Armor Yellow, Black, Deep Blue, Dark Green, Red, Granite Gray) Ditzler codes listed for each. Can also get 1950 paint chips on E-Bay. Engines and transmissions painted silver. Frames painted semi-gloss black. Martin Senour's Chassis Black is very good. Interiors cab color with brown headliner and black kick panels and door panels. I'm doing my 1950 in Ponchartrain Green (Pine Green) available from 1954-1971 because it's available in a synthetic enamel (Dupont) and headliner gray, also available in later years. Good luck!
