I have a W-200 Town Wagon ('65) with a 318 in it and would like to put in a 360. Since I have an Edelbrock carb, manifold, valve covers, I'd like to keep, I'm wondering if the 318 block can be punched out and rebuilt to a 360. If so is the cam different as well? Stroke? Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.
