Is that the ID of the rear spindles? If so, 1.5" axles are out...Seems like I measured the carrier when I had mine out, and it was just a few thousanths short of 1.5" where the axle shafts enter...like maybe it could be opened up enough. You would need to bore and re-spline the side gears too. I wondered about the lock-rite parts...if they could be bored and resplined at 1.5" fine.
