WC-1 S/N 8644701 to 8666216. T-207. 218 cu in motor. Rectangular dash guages. Over 2500 made.

WC-5 S/N 8644701 to 8666216. T-207. 218 cu in motor. Rectangular dash guages. 60 made.

WC-12 S/N 8676901 to 8694193. T-211. 218 cu in motor. Probably rectangular dash guages. Possible radio suppression, water proofing. Info is not clear on this. Many had addition of blackout light on top of drivers side brush guard. Well over 6,000 made.

WC-14 Same info as above. Same S/N range. Only 268 made. Possible that some of the above changes occurred during this models production. Unk if this model made transition to round dash gauges.

WC-40 Starting S/N 81500001, unk ending S/N. 275 built. T-215. 230 cu in motor. Round dash gauges.

Be aware that is is possible that the bed may not be original to the truck. There were other bodies used, many being delivered as a cab/chassis only.
Also, some of these versions have extra holes in the bed for longitudinal seats, or transverse seats, or no seats (with and w/o extra holes). Since the bed could be changed out, it is not a good indication of the truck unless it can be verified it is original. Also, many open cabs had closed cabs put on them. This can be difficult to prove. One sure fire clue is a winch. I have not found any evidence whatsoever that the closed cab trucks ever came with a winch. But many open cabs did. if your closed cab has a winch, it is a sure bet it used to be an open cab.

If anyone has info on wiring differences and other minor differences between these models, I'd appreciate being emailed. Thanks.
