My '52 B-3-PW was modified with power brakes before I got it. It has the master cylinder and brake booster off a circa 1970 or so Chevy (gag) pick up truck. I'm running the drum brakes and think I have found a wheel cylinder kit that can be used to rebuild the dual sized wheel cylinders. The wheel cylinders have 1 1¼ cup and 1 3/4 cup. I don't have the part number handy for the kit but it's for a late model Navistar truck.
If I can ever get the zoning gestapo off my case, I plan on going with disc brakes on the front and possible on the rear too. I probably don't need them front and rear but I think it'd be neat to have 4 wheel disc brakes.
