your readings don't seem too bad for a heavy , under powered vehicle
Different combinations of engine,gearing etc will
cause different vacuum readings.Why do you think they discontinued vaccum
wipers?(They don't work at full throttle,up hills,etc)
If it idles & runs ok,go four wheelin.
