what about the 2 battery deal? i have heard of old forestry trucks used for fire dept. use one 12 to run radios lights sirens etc. and 2/12 to run the other systems. could this work for a 48 6/12 conv. if so could anybody explain the hook up procedure in detail so don't FRY all the original gauges wipermotors heater fan, i would like to change headlite to 12 if this is possible also want to add a radio for those long drives at 45 hope i can get a loud one. ha ha.
