This might not help depending on where you are located but I just bought 4 Denman N.D.T. 9.00-16 tires from a tire dealer in Brandon,VT.
They were 127.00 each, the old non-directionals still held air but had been on the rims for a lot of years. This guy cut the tires off the rims, ground the rubber off the split rings and wire brushed the inside of the rim, mounted and balanced the new tires all for only 15.00 per wheel--------Power Wagon fan and had'nt done a split ring in a lot of years. Nice guy.

I am very happy with the tires and they pump up nice and tall. This was the best price that I could find anywhere by far not to mention the labor.
I would be interested to know if anyone else out there in the new england area has found a similar price.
