THE same greedy profiteers that drove the price of muscle cars of the 60's & 70'S beyond the reach of the average joe, seem to have now found their way into our PW circle! The pioneer PW owners, brought together by a practical need of used or NOS parts, and Gordon Maney, whose PW advertiser publication, united these early PW loyalist, loved these trucks for not only their physical appeal, but their usefulness as well. The johnny come lately collector and hobbiest, have been a doubled edged sword to our beloved PW's! Not only have they been a help as far as parts reproduction go,but they have driven the price of a good servicable PW almost out of reason. Some bargins still remain, but for how long?Let the greedy suffer and the loyalist prosper,KEEP PW prices within reason! restore for fun or function, not for greed!
