John, on Monday I ordered a set of the rear fender weatherstrip from VPW with the plan to use it on the front fender to splash shield area and the wider cord on the bottom portion. I'll be installing it this weekend (if it looks okay) and can send you a picture then. If it doesn't work I'll probably have an extra set of rear fender weatherstrip.
