Yes. They are in business. I recently contacted a guy named Rob in parts at Braden. I found the parts I need for an old MSU3 winch (shifter fork components) are available. They will not sell to you, but will verify the parts availabiltiy and refer you to a nearby dealer. www.bradenwinch.com
