Have you checked for leaks in your system? Is your master cylinder bad? Have you bled the system properly?
Since I've worked on my brakes, I've found it to be a pretty simple system to diagnos a problem. Aside from a bad master cylinder which might not be real simple to fix short of an outright replacment, the rest is easy. Firsth thing I'd do is bleed all the lines starting with the one furthest from the master. In doing this one procedure you may find that you have brakes again. You may have a stuck brake cylinder or several,although in that regard you still hould have some braking action. Seems to me yo uhave some doctoring in your future.
