Hard to say, but you might do a Google search for used or antique trucks, pickups. You might come up with some ball park figures. I already did a search of Ebay for any that might have been sold in the past but didn't come up with anything.
Final price will be what someone is willing to pay that you are willing to sell for.
You might put it up for auction on Ebay or some of the antique auction sites.
