Help! Wheel cyl part #s

I was looking at "useful part numbers" in the Best of Forum and Rob M says wheel cyl kit NAPA#6. Then below Jim D says Wheel cyl master rebuild kit is NAPA #1. What's the difference? Does one come with hardware springs and all that stuff? Could someone clarify that for me? Thanks, Ron
