HELP- locked brakes on my dead bus

Pulled the Cummins and Allison out of the '95 with hyd brakes and hyd boost. I mistakenly left the electric powered parking brake on and now have an unhooked wiring harness.

I cracked every brake line but no help. I hot wired the electric parking deal, no help.

On the rear end brakes is a cannister on each brake housing that looks--sort of-- like an air brake pod. There is a screw and locknut looking thing, do I need to back it out?

Friday night in the dark, hooked the JD tractor to it and pulled the front end back out of Dad's shed. Will try to find a truck guru in the morning....

Any ideas?

Only one broken wrench and no real bloodletting so far!
