Here is a link to a place in Escondido called HotRods and Custom Stuff that restored a Power Wagon. If you are close to Escondido you might want to check with them. I haven't had any vehicle work done by them, but I knew one of their autobody men several years ago and he really knew what he was doing.
Unfortunately, most of the really good places are swamped with work.
