Was very pleased to see the discussion of moving the radiator forward on the last forum. This evening I dove in and turned the "U" shaped radiator mount 180 degrees so the tapped bolt holes for the radiator are forward. Then I tried bolting the radiator to it and reinstalling. Did not work. Reread Dana's post and I guess you have to move the radiator tabs (the tabs soldered to the sides of the radiator for mounting) some 'cause other wise the radiator sits way to far forward against the grill.
I guess I will take the whole thing to the radiator shop and see if I can explain the problem to them and get it done.
