Your timing is pretty much perfect, Norm has just gone through the effort of having these made. (With the help of many others.)

I am sure Norm will post more info, but from what I have seen these look like a nice product, and should solve your problem.
I know of others who have modified Ford headers, and it did work. Though I do not know what application the headers they used were from, and the fit may not have been as nice.
