Hi Jerry.PTO's on the driver's side of transmission.Was telling Paul that I use the Ol' Iron Duke to snake trees out for firewood. Most times,I can just yard 'em with the truck directly, but once in a while things are tight.I run out the winch line and (Try to) plant the truck. That way when the log is sliding along, I can sort of twist it here and there with a PeeVee to keep it from getting hung up. Truth is,a guy shouldn't be doing this kind of thing out here by himself. Daughter used to help but she's grown and moved on. With the winch, an army of one is enough.
