I looked in my 1967 Dodge Shop Manual
Section on Tightening Reference ( Torque Specs)
There is no mention on Manifold Studs. Nor is there any mention of inserting the studs in the actual engine section. The Spec on the nuts for the studs is;
3/8-24 nuts, 20 foot pounds
