I am pretty sure that I have a 236/237 in my 49 B1PW. The engine number starts off as T118 plus someone the truck has an extended grill. This caused a big headache when I ordered a gasket to replace the old one on the oil pan. The guys at NAPA looked at me like I was nutso as we went back and forth on that one!
