My daily driver is a 93 250 4x4 with the 12 valve and I bought it used with 150k miles on it.It came with some Banks upgrades,16mm turbo with waste gate, pyro and boost gauge and aK&N air filter. This thing couldn't get out of it's own way.It would make 10 to 15 pounds of boost max.I jointed Turbo Diesel Register and started reading some of their posts. After digging around under the hood, I replaced the turbo due to pitting on the vanes, opened up the air box some more and adjusted the fuel screw about 1/2 to 3/4. I now have 28lbs of boost and have never pulled more than 1000 on the pyrometer while towing up the grade. Martys correct,be carefull or it all goes Kaboom!
