The wheelbase will match, it'll need to use the VF front metal but you have that anyway, and you'll need to cut the panel van rear fenders as the wheelarch radius was several inches bigger on the military VFs than the standard 1.5 ton.
Actually that's not 100% accurate. The military fenders were cut to the same HEIGHT as the civilian fenders, but they were cut longer but maybe six inches or so front to back, so the openings are the same height as the civilan ones but crescent shaped rather than round.
