well now Crusty does not infer crabby
but does mean that i look up data in books
like Paul Cook, Clint Dixon, Cabel, Maui Dave
and a few others
the 7.10 goes way back in tire sizing
passenger tires
7.10-15 -> 8.15-15 -> H78-15 -> 205-15
so determining a current size is very confusing to say the least

the early tires were all 100 series where in
the height was 100% width like the 9.00x16
tires
there was a 7.10-15 6pr truck tire made which
was fit on 5K, 5-1/2K & 5.50F wheels
which is probably what your truck was delivered with
that size has a design rim of 5.0 in,
section width of 7.85 in, Overall Diameter
of 29.06 Hwy, 29.50 M+S and max load 1670@45psi
the problem with new pmetric sized tires is that they do not fit correctly on the older narrow type wheels which may not be designed for tubeless tires (have no rim hump) and must be used with tubes which could cause a problem as the inner casing ribs abraid tubes
and cause tube failure
closest fit would probably be a 7.00-15 truck
tire
you first need to determine what wheels are on your truck
width is the inside measurement from flange to flange
the tubeless hump is easy to see from the outside
original 7.10 6ply rated might be available from Cooker or Universal tire
