I drive a big truck and have lost three windshields in 20 years on three trucks all to front wheel drive cars with traction tires that were met on right turns. In Idaho if it comes off of the road It's on you. When dealing with the insurance adjuster he told me to just say the rock came from a big truck! How does that spin the stats?
