Heres a snap of my IHC with 9.00-16 Power Kings. You can get these tires at Les Schwab for about $180 per tire. They can get tubes and flaps also, make sure they get the tube with the bendable stem, I think it's a BR-150 model stem.
I've been told not to use new 7.50-16 tubes in 9.00-16 tires because the new tubes are actually designed for 7.00-16 tires, where as the older style tubes were thicker and could be used with the 9.00-16 or the 7.50-16's
On the Michelins, you need to have a radial tube. You should get that from Michelin if possible. If not, I personally have had success using 10.00-15 LPT (radial) tubes with the brass stem in regular Budd PW wheels and in combat wheels
