Our city had a similar fire truck to sell. Old, but very low miles. One of the mechanics said "hey, we could use a water truck at the dump"... So, a couple sprinkler heads, and there it was, keeping the dust down for the next couple years. I don't know who got the brass when it was junked, maybe it was sold with the 1,000 lb tank for $300...
