Sounds like air in the fuel system. Anyway I hate GM and I would buy a Duramutt before a powerchoke. I've owned 4 Dodge CTD's. The company I work for has around 25 Powerstrokes, 2003-2006's. Every one has had work done on them, from cylinder heads to turbos,etc. I used to say I'd buy a ford if I wasn't a mopar man until I started working there. Mine is an 03 F-350 with a 6 speed. It is the biggest dog! It has a short powerband from 2400-2800, what the hell kind of diesel is that! Also that ZF 6 speed is the biggest P.O.S tranny I have ever shifted. The seats are uncomfortable to me and our old 96 Ram 3500 turns a circle inside of the Ford's turning radius. Not to mention the brakes suck as does the fuel mileage. Just my 2 cents on "shoulda bought a Ford!"
