well, the taller ones were actually NOT in the engine with the bent push rods. sorry, that was probably kinda confusing! but no, actually the solid cylindrical ones (the shorter ones, were in the old motor with the bent pushrods, I think I will take out the cam, etc, and have the machine shop look at the and tell me what the difference is, maybe see if he used a different cam, or the wrong parts, or whatever. but I have to get some help to get my crank pulley off first so it'll be a few days.
