I just ordered 2 more kits from "Then & Now Automotive". It's been my experience that every fuel pump on an old 230 starts leaking within a year or so of running modern gas through it. Rebuilding the fuel pump seems to be just one of those things you have to figure on doing, along with rebuilding all the brake cylinders and the carburetor, when bringing an old rig back to life. Time was when you could get a fuel pump kit from an auto parts store, but now all they want to sell you is a new/rebuilt pump, which often means the cover is staked or swaged on so you can't rebuild it in the future. The Then & Now kits are $30 + $9 shipping, which isn't cheap, but the two I've put in so far have held up fine. They include lots extra parts.
