Anyone use this repo product?

I have a '57 FFPW that did not have the original tailgate when I bought it. I assume that it has the 3rd series bed.

The valance pictured on the Bruce Horkey webpage looks exactly like mine and I would like to order this from B. Horkey's.

The problem is that I have already ordered a 3rd series tailgate from VPW with hardware. This new tailgate-hardware doesn't line up with the holes in my original valance!

Do I have the wrong tailgate? Are the hinges wrong?
