I dont want you to think I am being a D'head, but I took one look at your green hood on the PWA forum and knew it was not a ww2 3/4 ton carry-all hood.

Look at the sides, where it goes round the fender it is straighter, your hood on your truck has A LOT more of a curve to it! Around the fender area.

I am not even into ww2 WC's trucks. And I could see that plain as day.

I guess what I am trying to and going to say is, I am sick of the eBay bashing. It is eBay not ePay. So you go to a swap meet looking for parts and you have to pay for a part do you call it Swapay Meet, no beacuse you dont go there thinking your getting free parts, you will pay for them like you do on ebay.

I think it is more up to the buyer of a part to see if a said part fits your truck or not, not the seller because there is so many different kinds of dodges out there and some parts will work from one to the next but others will not. And because there are lot of uninformed sellers out there thinking that there wc that grand dad has on the back 40 is a PW, when it is not.

Just go look on eBay for Dodge Power Wagon. You will see a few M-37's and ww2 WC's as well, does that mean that they are they Power Wagons? No not at all! And you would not go buy one saying to everyone look I just bought a Power Wagon? Why because you know that is not right. But like I said a lot of people think that grand dads wc is a PW, when it is not. I cant tell you how many times I have went to look at truck that I was told was a Power Wagon and it turns out it is a m-37 or wc, it is because people do not really know what it is.

I have many many times found something on ebay and got off my butt and went outside and looked at a few of my trucks to see if the part was the same or not, and then came in to look in my FSM's, long before I bid I make sure it is the right part, and I hardly ever go off of what someone tells me cause I am not sure where or what they have got their info from! Just like at a swap meet I have had guys tell me that is for a ford I think! Well maybe you should not think so much next time! And buy it real cheap not showing them the Mopar part #. Same thing happends on ebay there are some very good deals on there, but you have to KNOW what it is you need for your truck.

Just my 2 cents and thoughts only but I really dont feel to bad for you, next time you MIGHT want to go look at the truck in your driveway and then look at the hood a little closer instead of blaming the seller! Oh and the seller was right in away it does fit 39-47 wc 1/2 ton trucks, just NOT the ww2 WC's you were most likely thinking of.

And if all else fails, put a post on here and I sure you would have gotten a few posts telling you what it was or was not!
It not eBays fault at all!
