I rebuilt absolutely dead and worn out vacuum wipers on a Model A in 2003. I ordered the rebuild kits from Mac's Auto Parts in Buffalo, NY. Mac's is a Antique After market dealer that sells Ford antique repo parts. The box in the picture is what arrived. NOS Dodge Military Rebuild kits, for a Model A LOL. The rebuild was simple, did not take more than 1 hour per motor. The Dodge directions were clear. The directions also told what to lube the flapper with, but over time I have forgotten the lube recomended. I also forget the cost per kit, but it was something like $17. When the Model A Wipers were complete, they functioned like new.
