Yes, extra ribs on the back of the cab to stiffen it, the inside of the back of the cab is different to the USA cab - also, no rain channels on the sides of the cab, fixed 2 piece windscreen, side vent windows in the doors, no chrome anywhere (blackout) rear window is slightly larger, doesn't have that rust prone joining piece in the roof, electric wiper and no "waterfall" on the dash and uses a cotton type lining inside the roof (like a car). It does have the same gauges and general shape.
