Most likly you will have to fab your own cross member. If your using a NV-4500 4x4 version, NAPA 602-1258 work great for reaqr mounts. The NV-4500 4x4 rear mount is drilled and tapped for 7/16 bolts. The NAPA mounts have 7/16 streaded studs that will crews right in.
I use them on all my conversions, good vibration isolation.
