I guess you notice it when driving, not just while up on blocks?
Boxes have a tight spot right in the middle, so you can keep it straight easier. Then they loosen a bit to each side, to make it easier to turn a lot. You might try loosening the one pinion adjustment screw, just one turn?
I've driven old trucks that needed ten turns to tighten them up, a turn erso looser probably won't hurt any.
