My memory says the parts for a 3/4 ton WC are the same, but I have not checked any books to verify.
I remember that VPW was selling these kits a while back and there was one part different, maybe the crank handle? If it was the crank handle the issue was length I think.
I am pretty sure it is section 20 in the civilian parts book, but the parts are not listed after about 1948, so you would have to compare a military parts book to one of the first two PW parts books to be sure.
