E-bay was having trouble with bidders getting fake second chance offers, and other fake E-mails, so now all bidder names on higher dollar items are hidden.

It is not a scam, or the seller doing anything weird, it is E-bay trying to protect people.

I agree it was nice to see the bidders names, but if this solves other problems E-bay was having it may be worth it.
