39-47 2wd and PW doors got passengers side door locks, but the 1940-41 Closed Cab WC 4wd military pickups did NOT get door locks in the passengers door.

As noted by others your cab has the cowl light mounting holes, and the radiator tie rod brackets of a 1941-47 2wd cab.

If you had a shot of the dash there may be other details as well that could be spotted.
