Rubber Cab Insulators

Couple questions on cab insulators on my '57:

What is the approximate uncompressed thickness of the rubber insulators that go between the cab and the outriggers?

Is the thickness the same for all four?

I think the front left corner is not supposed to have an insulator beneath the outrigger for more rigidity but the other three do, correct?

I searched the archives and found a lot of helpful information but I'm still confused. The ones I took off are about 1-1/4" thick above the outriggers and about 2" thick below the outriggers. They appear to be in good shape but may be squished some.

My shop manual says to install two insulators on the front left and one at the other three corners. I assume this means two of the 1-1/4" pads above the outrigger on the front left and only one above the outrigger on the other three corners. Also, the diagram in the shop manual doesn't show any insulators beneath the outrigger but ny truck had them when I took it apart. My shop manual also covers the '57 W-100 and W-200 so this may be part of the confusion. It verbage doesn't distinguish between the different models.

Thanks for any advice,
