Seat Back Frame needed FFPW

I guess my back window leaked. The seat base is good, but the bottom frame of the seat back is gone bye-bye. Or for the carpenters amoungst us, the studs where they meet the bottom plate. I don't know upholstery jargon.

Plus, I'm missing one of the adjustment 'plates' from the bottom. The gismo with the four holes in it.

Southern California ??? Though I guess it would be UPS-able
