As others have said, it sounds like for your application, you will be better off if you stick with 5.83s and four wheel drive. The investment required to get your truck ready to cruise at 65 mph will be significant by the time you update brakes, gearing, etc. and add enough power to turn those bigger tires! Throw a MVPA slow moving vehical sign on back and enjoy the drive at 50!
And, as MoparNorm said, the use of your money would we better applied to keeping the front gears the same as the rear to maintain 4 wheel drive as opposed to adding a locker.
And, to answer your original question, there are only two options for lockers for these trucks: the lock right (an automatic locker) and the ARB (a selctable locker). See Clint's post below for all the info that you would ever need to compare the two options!
